Here’s a great article from LifeHacker. I’ve used FolderShare and SyncToy with great success in the past. Generally, use FolderShare if you need to sync over the internet or SyncToy if it’s local.

The Google Docs interface has been redesigned and it looks pretty sharp!
The best new feature…
Organize your documents with folders

As your documents grow in number, we wanted to make it easier to manage
and organize them by adding folders. Create a folder by clicking the
“New” button in the upper left hand corner, select “Folder” and add the
name of the folder. Now just drag and drop any document into it or add
one document to multiple folders.

Create a portable Flash slideshow that you can embed in your blog or any other web page, like MySpace or Facebook. Simply go to an album, click the “Embed Slideshow” link, and copy and paste the HTML shown into your website. The slideshow has built-in playback controls (just rollover to reveal), and it gives you the ability to turn captions on or off and pick from multiple sizes

I’ve been using Picasa (Google) Web Albums for a while as an easy way to share photos with friends. It’s ridiculously simple to upload large numbers of photos (through Picasa). Since I also use Gmail I also have full access to my email address list when sharing my photos with family and friends.
If that weren’t enough, they kind folks at Google have now QUADRUPLED storage per account to 1GB. Did I mention it’s free?
